Why it exists

Built for valuable cards that should not be treated like bulk.

Many collections have a few cards that deserve better than a rushed buyout, but selling one by one is work: photos, titles, comps, sale format, buyer questions, offers, shipping, claims, and records. Card Consignor exists for the cards where that extra handling can matter.

We are based out of Tampa Bay, Florida and work with collectors through a portal-first process. The local roots matter, but the selling channel is national: accepted cards are prepared for the Card Consignor eBay store and tracked from listing through payout.

Review before mailing

Cards are screened from submitted details first, so clients know what is worth sending before anything leaves their hands.

Strategy by item

Accepted cards can use auction, Buy It Now, Best Offer, repricing, or relisting depending on demand and current comps.

Documented custody

Accepted submissions, tracking, listing links, sale status, and payout math stay tied to the client portal record.

The eBay work gets handled without turning the process into a black box.

The goal is simple: accept only the cards that make sense, choose a practical selling approach for each item, keep the marketplace work organized, and give the client a clear trail from approval to payout.

Protected fulfillment

Sold cards are packed for the buyer with tracking and added insurance when the sale warrants it.

Each accepted card is tracked against its own final sale price, marketplace fee, Card Consignor fee, and payout status.
