No guaranteeSale price, sale timing, buyer behavior, and platform decisions are not guaranteed.

Website use

This website provides information about Card Consignor's trading card consignment process. Submitting a form does not guarantee that cards will be accepted, listed, sold, or sold for any specific price.

Portal submission

Clients should submit card details, condition notes, rough values, and optional reference links before mailing cards. Card Consignor may accept, decline, request more information, group cards, return cards, or recommend against consignment based on expected value, condition, demand, authenticity concerns, or operational fit. A card is not accepted for consignment until Card Consignor confirms the accepted items and provides mailing instructions in writing.

Cash buyout review

Card Consignor may review cards for a direct cash buyout offer instead of consignment. A buyout is optional, not guaranteed, and only becomes final when both sides agree to written offer terms, payment timing, and delivery or custody details.

Ownership and authority

By submitting cards for review or consignment, you represent that you own the cards or have authority to consign them and that the cards are not stolen, counterfeit, encumbered, or subject to a competing claim.

Shipping and custody

Clients are responsible for packing, tracking, and insurance while cards are in transit to Card Consignor. Card Consignor is not responsible for loss, delay, theft, or damage before delivery. After delivery, Card Consignor will use reasonable care while handling accepted cards and will keep accepted items tied to client listing and payout records.

Listing discretion

Accepted cards may be photographed, described, priced, listed as auction, listed as Buy It Now, offered with Best Offer, negotiated through buyer messages, relisted, grouped, or returned according to the agreed consignment plan. Listing format, timing, price adjustments, offer handling, and return handling may vary by card condition, demand, market comps, platform rules, buyer activity, or written client approval.

Fees, expenses, and payout

Payouts depend on the final cleared sale price minus applicable eBay marketplace fees, Card Consignor service fees, materials/handling, approved added insurance, return shipping, refunds, chargebacks, claim costs, or other sale-related adjustments. Payouts are issued after funds clear and relevant return, claim, chargeback, or dispute windows are reasonably settled.

Returns, claims, and unsold items

Buyer returns, platform claims, payment disputes, chargebacks, or authenticity concerns can reduce or delay payout. Unsold, declined, or withdrawn cards may be relisted, repriced with approval, returned at the client's expense, grouped with other cards, or handled according to written instructions.

No guaranteed sale

Market demand, condition, timing, buyer activity, platform rules, and auction results can vary. Card Consignor does not guarantee sale price, sale timing, grading outcome, buyer behavior, or platform availability.
