Quick review first
Have cards? Choose the easiest money path.
First time or coming back, start with a quick review. We can look at a direct cash offer when speed matters, or a consignment plan when the card deserves more marketplace exposure.
Want the simple path? Send card details and photos for a cash buyout review. If the cards fit, you can take a direct offer instead of waiting on eBay.
Request cash reviewConsign for upsideWant to chase the strongest result? Approved cards get researched, photographed, listed, shipped, and tracked through final payout.
Start consignmentSubmission intake
Start with a real review record, not a loose email thread.
The intake flow collects enough detail to make the first review useful, then keeps approval, shipping, release acknowledgement, and payout updates in one portal record.
Open intake formStart with name, email, card type, rough count, value range, and whether you want cash review, auction, or fixed price.
2-minute intakeUse the portal to add individual cards or a quick collection summary with album links, cert links, comps, or price targets.
Photos or links welcomeIf accepted, the portal confirms what to include in the box: name, email, submission ID, and fixed-price target when applicable.
No blind mailingHow it works
Portal first. Ship after approval.
The portal keeps the consignment process documented from the first review to the final payout. Once items are accepted, clients get mailing instructions, online release acknowledgement, shipment tracking, every card's eBay listing link and status, buyer-message notes, and itemized payout records in one place.
Submit the card details
Share a quick collection overview or enter individual cards when you already have the details.
Get reviewed before shipping
Card Consignor confirms which cards or groups are a good fit before anything is mailed.
Send only approved items
After approval, accept the release conditions online, then add USPS tracking in the portal.
Track every listing
Each accepted card gets portal updates with its eBay listing link, sale status, and payout progress.
Listing strategy
Auction or fixed price, chosen before anything goes live.
Accepted cards get a planned route instead of a default listing. The right path depends on the card, market demand, target price, and whether speed or price control matters more.
Auction route
Best for reviewed TCG cards and select sealed items where market demand should decide the price. Auctions can start at $0.99 with no reserve when that strategy is approved.
Fixed-price route
For reviewed items with an agreed listing price of $250 or more. Fixed-price listings can stay active longer and may go live during the week.
Include the listing details
After acceptance, include your name, email, and submission ID in the box. If fixed price is requested, include the target list price in the portal and on the note.
Sunday auction cutoff
Items received by Sunday night can be considered for that coming Sunday's auction block. Later arrivals usually roll to the following Sunday.
Fee schedule
Simple payout estimates, no calculator needed.
Choose the final sale range and see the estimated payout before mailing anything. The percentages are kept simple so you can see the Card Consignor split before eBay's marketplace fee is deducted.
The chart shows the estimated payout before eBay marketplace fees. eBay fees are deducted from the final sale before payout.
Lower service-fee percentages apply as the final sale price increases.
Estimated payout percentages are before eBay's trading-card marketplace fee. eBay marketplace fees are deducted from the final sale before payout; buyer-paid eBay postage is separate. Materials/handling usually runs $1-$2 per card, and added insurance is deducted at cost on $100+ sales when needed.
What to send
Focused on TCG cards worth individual attention.
Card Consignor is built for Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, select graded packs, and sealed booster boxes where careful presentation, pricing, and sale format can matter.

Start around $25 expected sale value
Launch review starts around $25, subject to condition, demand, and handling fit. $50+ remains the strongest individual-card fit.
Ship after acceptance
Accepted cards should be sleeved and packed in top loaders, semi-rigid holders, or other card-safe packaging.
Match the selling approach
Some cards fit auction. Others may benefit from Buy It Now, Best Offer, repricing, or buyer-message handling.
Items we do not accept.
A quick eligibility check keeps submissions focused on TCG items that make sense for consignment.
- Sports cards, memorabilia, magazines, books, toys, and other non-TCG collectibles are outside the current service focus.
- Bulk lots made mostly of low-value commons, duplicates, or unsorted play-condition cards are usually not a fit.
- Counterfeit, proxy, altered, inked, trimmed, or authenticated-questionable cards cannot be listed.
- Cards with major condition issues may be declined when the expected sale value does not justify individual handling.
- Items must be reviewed and accepted before mailing; unapproved shipments may be returned at the sender's expense.
