After cards are accepted

Accept the release online after acceptance.

This question form is only a pre-screen. After Card Consignor confirms accepted cards in the portal, review and accept the release conditions online. The packing sheet can be printed if you want a checklist for the package.

Consignment authorization

The client confirms ownership or authority to consign accepted cards and authorizes Card Consignor to inspect, research, photograph, price, list by auction or Buy It Now, use Best Offer, sell, package, ship, and handle buyer communication.

Fees and payout

Payout is the final cleared eBay sale price less eBay fees, Card Consignor's service fee, materials/handling, approved added insurance, return shipping, refunds, chargebacks, or claim costs.

Shipping to us

Only accepted cards should be mailed. The client is responsible for packing, tracking, and insurance until delivery. Card Consignor uses reasonable care after confirmed receipt.

Returns and unsold items

Payout is not due until eBay funds clear and return, claim, chargeback, or dispute risk is resolved. Unsold, declined, or held cards are relisted, repriced, returned, or handled by written agreement.

Release acknowledgement happens in the portal

Do not mail cards until accepted. Accepted shipments should have the portal release acknowledgement completed, with USPS tracking saved in the portal after mailing.

I certify that I own the accepted cards or have legal authority to consign them.
I authorize Card Consignor to inspect, research, photograph, price, list by auction or Buy It Now, use Best Offer, sell, package, ship, and communicate with buyers for accepted cards.
I understand that sale price, grading, authenticity, condition, buyer actions, platform decisions, and market demand are not guaranteed.
I agree that eBay fees, Card Consignor's service fee, materials/handling, approved added insurance, return shipping, refunds, claims, or chargebacks may be deducted before payout.
I understand payout is not due until eBay funds clear and any return, claim, chargeback, or dispute is fully resolved.
I agree to mail only accepted cards, accept the release conditions in the portal, use tracking, and send the tracking number after shipment.
I release Card Consignor from responsibility for loss, delay, theft, or damage before confirmed delivery, and for market changes, buyer actions, or platform decisions outside Card Consignor's control.
