The client certifies ownership or authority to consign, and authorizes Card Consignor to inspect, photograph, price, list, sell, package, ship, and handle buyer communication for accepted cards.

Share photos, values, and condition notes so Card Consignor can confirm which cards are good candidates before anything is mailed. Individual cards around $50+ are the best fit, but groups of lower-value cards are still worth asking about.

Card details
Start with photos before you ship.
Include card names, clear front/back photos, estimated values, slab grades if applicable, and any condition notes. Cards should generally have a likely sale price of at least $50 each. Follow-up happens by email whenever possible.
After cards are accepted

Download the release form before mailing.
The request review form is only a pre-screen. If your cards are accepted, print and sign the release form, then include it in the package with the accepted cards.Fees and payout
Payout is the final cleared eBay sale price less eBay fees, Card Consignor's service fee, materials/handling, approved added insurance, return shipping, refunds, chargebacks, or claim costs.
Shipping to us
The client is responsible for packing, tracking, and insurance until delivery. After delivery, Card Consignor uses reasonable care while handling accepted cards.
Returns and unsold items
Payout is not due until eBay funds clear and all returns, claims, chargebacks, or disputes are closed. Unsold or declined cards may be relisted, repriced with approval, returned at the client's expense, or handled in writing.
Signed release travels with the cards
Do not mail cards until accepted. Accepted shipments should include the signed paper release form.

- I authorize Card Consignor to evaluate, photograph, price, list, sell, package, ship, and communicate with buyers for accepted cards.
- I understand that sale price, grading, authenticity, condition, buyer actions, platform decisions, and market demand are not guaranteed.
- I agree that eBay fees, Card Consignor's service fee, materials/handling, approved added insurance, return shipping, refunds, claims, or chargebacks may be deducted before payout.
- I understand payout is not due until eBay funds clear and any return, claim, chargeback, or dispute is fully resolved.
- I agree not to mail cards until Card Consignor confirms accepted items and provides mailing instructions.
- I release Card Consignor from responsibility for loss, delay, theft, or damage before delivery, and for market changes, buyer actions, or platform decisions outside Card Consignor's control.
