Information collected
Card Consignor collects information you submit through forms, including your name, email address, card details, estimated values, photos or links you provide, messages, signed acknowledgements, and consignment status records shown in the client portal. Basic technical information may also be processed by hosting, analytics, security, and email providers.
How information is used
Information is used to review potential consignments, respond by email, manage accepted card records, prepare listings, track payouts, prevent spam or abuse, secure portal access, and maintain the website.
Sharing
Card Consignor does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site, send email, host data, secure the portal, process marketplace activity, ship orders, resolve buyer/platform issues, or comply with legal obligations.
Retention and deletion
Review requests that do not move forward may be kept as long as reasonably needed for follow-up and business records. Accepted consignment records may be retained longer for listing history, payout records, returns, claims, taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. You may email to request an update or deletion, and Card Consignor will honor the request where the information is not needed for active, transactional, legal, or security records.
